Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship internationally. Delivery times typically range from 10–20 business days depending on your location. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.

How do customers usually place orders with you?

Most customers place their orders directly through our website. Because we are a small, personal brand, we handle fulfillment ourselves. In some cases, trusted family members assist with shipping to ensure faster delivery to certain regions.

How long does it take to process my order?

Orders are processed within 3–7 business days after purchase. We produce in small batches and prepare each order personally, so we do not offer rush processing.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 14-day return window from the date you receive your order. Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging. Please see our full Returns & Exchanges policy for more details.

Do you offer exchanges?

We offer exchanges on a case-by-case basis, depending on availability. If you need a different size or color, please email us at mkebusiness4@gmail.com and we’ll do our best to help.

How should I care for my garments?

We recommend washing inside out on a gentle cycle with cold water and hanging to dry. This helps maintain the shape, embroidery, and overall quality of the piece.

Will you restock sold-out items?

We produce in limited quantities. Some items may be restocked, while others are part of small, one-time drops. If an item you’re interested in is sold out, feel free to email us — we can let you know if it’s likely to return.

Can I cancel my order?

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. After that, orders enter processing and cannot be canceled. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel.
