We want you to feel confident in your purchase. Because we are a small brand that produces in limited quantities, we offer a 14-day return window from the date you receive your order.

Eligible Returns

Items must be returned in their original condition — unworn, unwashed, and with all original packaging and tags attached.

Non-Returnable Items

•  Items marked as Final Sale

•  Items that have been worn, washed, or altered

How to Return

1.  Email us at mkebusiness4@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

2.  Include your order number and the reason for the return.

3.  We will provide you with return instructions and a return label (if applicable).

Exchanges

We currently offer exchanges for size or color on a case-by-case basis, subject to availability. Please email us to request an exchange.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
